NilePreneurs (NP) Establishment
Nile University Signs an Agreement with The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) to establish NilePreneurs (NP) as a National Initiative to strengthen the ecosystem of startup and SMEs development.
Bank Misr sponsors the first NP innovation support project
Bank Misr joins NilePreneurs initiative to sponsor its first innovation support project, the Design House; aiming to help SMEs and startups convert their ideas to real products that are ready for manufacturing.
Design House Establishment
Nile University, NilePreneurs, Bank Misr and ERASMUS+ provide the first seed fund to establish and operate the Design House as the first project of NP Innovation.
Ministry of Planning joins forces with NP to establish the first "Microfactory"
“NilePreneurs Innovate” expands its portfolio of innovation support services by signing an agreement with the Ministry of Planning to establish the first MicroFactory; with the aim is to support startups and small companies with prototyping and producing the first batch of production for market validation.
Industrial Development Bank (IDB) joins NP to establish a center for Dies and Jigs
“NilePreneurs Innovate” expands its portfolio to include Dies, Jigs and Molds Design services, by signing a sponsorship agreement with Industrial Development Bank; assisting the transition from prototyping to batch and large-scale manufacturing.
Innovation & Design Technologies is introduced to the market
NilePreneurs Innovation Pillar undergoes restructuring, to strengthen the core operations, and expand its support and sales.
A new brand “Innovation & Design Technologies” is introduced to reflect the extended scope. A new portfolio of services is added; including innovation management consultation and product branding to address our clients’ growing demands and product launch requirements.
